WEBSTER COUNTY, KY (3/21/12) – Almost three months after attorneys for the plaintiff and the defendant in a Webster County Circuit Court civil suit presented their arguments before Webster County Circuit Court Judge Rene´ Williams regarding a dispute over whether a petition to recall a six-cent tax the Webster County Board of Education approved in August, Judge Williams on Friday granted Webster County Clerk Valerie Newell’s — the defendant — motion to dismiss the case against her.
